Here's the schedule of Saturday runs 3 weeks out.


Saturday July 5th
- Meet at 8am at Loveland Coffee at the
First National Bank building at 1450 N. Boyd Lake Ave.

Saturday July 12th
- Long's Peak.......that's right LONG's Peak
Some will go just to the Keyhole while others will attempt the peak.
We will carpool from K-mart's parking lot at 3am. This is pretty much an all day adventure.
We will keep a watch on the forcast.

Saturday July 19th
Breakfast Run @ 3XFast

Please be advised of the New times -
We now have two options for the Tuesday Track workouts.
6:00am at the Thompson Valley High School Track
6:30pm - Bill Reed Middle School

June Club Meeting:
Monday June 23rd, 6pm at Padres in the Orchard Center, 243 E 29th St.




We had a good turnout for our May 2008 club business meeting.
We have elected a new slate of officers to serve the term that will run from
Memorial Day to Memorial Day.
The current officers are:

Membership coordinator- Bitsy Gacnon
Secretary/Tresurer- Robin Frahm
Vice President- Dave Ward
President- James Collier

Board of Directors- The above plus-Brian Giauque, Donna Collier, Kathy Ream, Rick Roberts, and Jonie Horst.

We had a very productive meeting and everyone is excited and on board about the future direction of our club.

After the business part of the meeting was over a dinner of grilled steaks, baked potatos, salad, etc was enjoyed by those who could stay.

Wow, What a great turnout for Saturday's "Frank's Run". Nineteen athletes enjoyed a perfect early morning trek, low 60's,sunny, slight breeze to keep everyone cool. Distances ranged from 3 miles up to and over 8 miles for some, mostly on gravel, dirt surfaces. We welcomed new faces resurrecting their running careers, young athletes starting summer workout programs and familiar faces training for summer racing events. Great socializing afterwards also with coffee, frapps and iced teas from Loveland Coffee. Look for this popular run in the future. Also remember Track workouts, tue 5:30 pm at Bill Reed.
